| | | Keith C. Hill
Position: Chairman, Acting President and Director
Previously Mr. Hill was founder, President and CEO of Valkyries Petroleum Corp., a publicly traded oil and gas company, since August 2002. Mr. Hill previously served as General Manager of Lundin Oil AB's operations in Malaysia and Sudan. Mr. Hill has over 22 years experience in the oil industry including international new venture management and senior exploration positions at Occidental Petroleum and Shell Oil Company. His education includes a Master of Science degree in Geology and Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

| | | William D. Hoffman
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hoffman has worked in the accounting profession since 1975 and holds extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Based in New Orleans, he developed an impressive career with KPMG, including 10 years as a Partner working with a number of publicly held oil and gas companies as well as numerous private enterprises. During the past 14 years, Mr. Hoffman served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C.F. Bean LLC, a dredging company which he led through significant growth including the formation of a joint venture partnership with Royal Boskalis Westminster nv, the world's largest dredging company. In addition, Mr. Hoffman served for several years on the Oil and Gas Accounting Conference Board which addressed current issues impacting the industry from an accounting and financial disclosure viewpoint.

Position: Senior Vice President of Exploration
Prior to joining Bayou Bend Petroleum, Ltd., Mr. Sack most currently served as Co-founder and Managing Partner of Aurora Exploration, LLC. Under his leadership Aurora, a private non-operating exploration entity focused on Gulf of Mexico exploration, experienced substantial growth by generating and accessing over 65 prospects, and establishing a better then 80% success rate while participating in the drilling of over 45 wells since 2001. Prior to co-founding Aurora Exploration in late 2000, Mr. Sack served as Vice President of Exploration & Joint Ventures with Petsec Energy, Inc., an exploration and production company operating in the Gulf of Mexico. He was employed with Petsec Energy Inc. from late 1995-2000 serving in both technical and executive positions. Mr. Sack began his career as an exploration geologist with Shell Offshore, Inc. in 1988, while with Shell he held various technical and planning positions in the Gulf of Mexico business unit. Mr. Sack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth Science & Physics from Saint Cloud State University, a Master of Science in Geology from Michigan State University, and an MBA from Tulane University.

Position: Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Dykes brings 30 years of oil and gas management experience to the Company and is responsible for drilling, production and facility operations. Prior to Bayou Bend, Mr. Dykes was most recently Senior Vice President of Production for Energy Partners, Ltd.

| | | Gary Guidry
Position: Director
Mr. Guidry has extensive experience in the oil industry and a proven track record in international petroleum development and project execution, operating in diverse environments ranging from deep-water West Africa and the Gulf of Mexico, and South American rainforests to the deserts of the Middle East. Prior to joining the Lundin Group, Mr. Guidry was President and C.E.O. of Calpine Natural Gas Trust, an energy trust listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. During his tenure with Calpine, Mr. Guidry led the Company through substantial growth and ultimately a successful merger with Viking Energy Royalty Trust. He has previously held executive positions, including President of AEC International and senior management positions for CanOxy/Nexen, Benton Oil and Gas and Occidental Petroleum, including projects in Nigeria, Yemen and Ecuador. A Petroleum Engineer by training, he is an Alberta-registered Professional Engineer.

Position: Director
Mr. Zaozirny is counsel to the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, vice-chairman of Canaccord Capital and a governor of the Business Council of British Columbia. He served as Alberta's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources from 1982 to 1986 when he negotiated the end of the national energy program while also chairing the cabinet committee on economic development.

Position: Director
Mr. Edgar has been active in public markets for over 25 years. A graduate of the University of British Columbia law school, Mr. Edgar practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver for 16 years before retiring in October 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Investment Corp., an investment/banking, venture capital company in the business of providing early stage venture capital to high growth companies and in providing advisory services concerning corporate structuring, finance, business strategies, private and public securities offerings and relations with regulatory authorities, lawyers, accountants and technical consultants. Mr. Edgar serves on the Board of a number of public companies.
