OVERVIEW

The Company holds shallow water oil and gas exploration leases located near Marsh Island offshore the Gulf of Mexico as well as a Marsh Island land section. Numerous prospects have been defined by 3D seismic and all are near existing production and infrastructure. The Marsh Island project includes a 35.5809% participating interest in two areas (state water bottom lands and Marsh Island land section) governed by exclusive geophysical agreements with the State of Louisiana. In addition to the Marsh Island project, the Company holds interests in several Outer Continental Shelf Gulf of Mexico oil and gas exploration blocks.
